Where do you deliver / what are the shipping cost / transit time?

We offer delivery only within Australia. Shipping within Australia is free of charge. 

If you would like to have your products shipped outside Australia, please visit our worldwide website: WALLIEN.com

Your order will be processed on the same day if it was completed before 8:15 am Australian Eastern Standard Time. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and national holidays.

Your order is shipped with Australia Post eParcel from our Sydney warehouse. 

The transit time is 1-3 days within Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and 3-10 days outside the metro.

What is you return policy?

RETURN POLICY

  • You have 30 days to return your order after receiving it. 
  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed and with all labels still attached to it. Products also need to be packed in the original packaging. 
  • Return costs are not covered by WALLIEN
  • Please note: for orders placed during our online sale the return period is 14 days. 

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Fill in the return form and add it to the box. You can find a link to the return form in the confirmation e-mail that you have received when placing your order. If you don’t have a return form, please get in touch with our customer service to receive a new one. 
  2. Make sure the products are put back in their original packing and that all labels are still attached.
  3. Put the products in a sturdy shipment box. You can use the original box or any other box to your liking.
  4. Ship the box to: WALLIEN, PO Box 6035, Chullora NSW 1405 
  5. After shipping your return you should receive a receipt with a tracking code so you can track the shipment. Please hold onto this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. To ensure the arrival of your return, we strongly recommend sending the parcel by registered mail. If the return is not shipped using registered mail, WALLIEN cannot be held liable for missing items. 
  6. Once we have received your return, we will inspect the products
  7. After inspection we will refund your product on the original payment method that you used to place the order.
